Customized to meet specific training objectives, Conversations with V! Success Empowerment Seminars are 1 - 3 day interactive training sessions that promote confidence, connectivity, cohesion, collaboration and cooperation. 

All sessions are conducted by our diverse, multidisciplinary Vie Team of expert facilitators. Training content and multi-dynamic exercises assures all participants receive relevant information and usable skills, strategies and solutions that facilitate success ~ on every level.

Val McLeod is a detail-oriented and versatile professional with more than 21 years  in public speaking and skilled facilitation within the Criminal Justice, legislative, public service, community development and education arenas.
 
Certified in communication skills, conflict reconciliation and cognitive life skills management, Val has an extraordinary ability to substantively motivate and empower individuals and groups. 

An extensive history in multicultural human relations frames  Val's unique ability to communicate and connect with people from diverse; educational, racial, ethnic, cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.  One of the few certified Level II Kingian Trainers in the country, Val McLeod has distinguished herself as an active listener, a strategic optimist and a master motivator!
